FRA2000 is a powerful alkaline cleaning agent that quickly and effectively dissolves all types of food-related soiling. The product removes vegetable and animal fats, soda deposits, proteins, burnt-on residues, potato starch, etc., from alkali-resistant surfaces and machinery in the food industry.
FRA2000 is particularly suitable for cleaning industrial smoke ovens. It contains special emulsifiers that efficiently break down dirt and help keep drains clean and free from blockages.
