Liquid cleaning and degreasing agent developed for use in ovens and combi steamers with automatic cleaning systems. The product is suitable for both daily and periodic cleaning and quickly and effectively dissolves all types of food residues, including burnt-on food deposits.
The product contains special emulsifiers that efficiently break down dirt and help keep drains clean and free from blockages. The cleaning action is self-acting and moderately foaming and works within a wide temperature range from cold up to 50 °C.
Can be used in all ovens and combi steamers with automatic cleaning systems and ensures safe, effective, and consistent cleaning.
